All Core Milestones Complete
The Farm, The Card, the Backend, and end-to-end integration are all built. Community validation, multi-device correlation, and enhanced telemetry are done. We're entering the go-to-market phase.
What Got Built
The Farm (P-3)
A local media studio that captures moments with rich telemetry — camera, geolocation, IP, face detection. Users record and attribute aura points to people they witnessed doing something notable. Works fully offline. No network required.
The Card (P-4)
Cryptographic identity generation (Ed25519 keypairs), profile management, point claim flow, chronological social feed, and quick reactions. Your reputation, portable and verifiable.
The Backend (P-5)
Bun + Hono server with SQLite (Drizzle ORM). User registration, event storage, point attribution API, feed delivery, and an admin dashboard. JWT sessions, auth middleware, and Ed25519 challenge-response login.
End-to-End Integration (P-6)
Farm → Backend upload pipeline, Backend → Card feed delivery, offline queue with retry, and a full end-to-end test suite. The complete flow works: record, upload, validate, claim, view in feed.
Multi-Device & Event Correlation (P-7)
Multiple Farms at the same event. Cross-device time + location correlation, duplicate detection and merging, Bluetooth proximity for same-room detection, and audio fingerprinting for event matching.
Community Validation (P-8)
Points aren't just claimed — they're confirmed or challenged by others who were there. Consensus algorithm with configurable thresholds, reputation weighting for validators, dispute resolution flow, and full validation transparency.
By the Numbers
- 6 milestones completed (P-3 through P-8)
- 103 backend tests passing, 0 failing
- 9 ADRs written and approved
- 1 autonomous agent running on a 30-minute cadence
- 0 human-written lines of code — the entire product was built by the Aura Agent
What's Next
We're entering the go-to-market phase. Enhanced telemetry (P-9) adds face recognition, gesture detection, and audio event detection. Then: founding community (N-1), public beta (N-2), and App Store submission (C-2).
The product works. Now we need people.
